Chase
Chase was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in December of 2009. Our first visit to the CSU Animal Cancer Center was comforting and we knew that Chase would be taken care of. We had no idea of how well he would do or how fast he would spring back from the dreaded cancer that he had. The doctors were fabulous and knowledgeable.

In October of 2009 we received the horrifying news that our sweet baby girl had cancer. She wasn’t even two yet. As devastating as that was, we got busy right away trying to figure out what to do. After more research we found Colorado State University is a specialist in veterinary cancer through the Animal Cancer Center.

Kisses
We can’t say Thank You enough times to express our gratitude for the incredible care that our dog, Kisses, received from the CSU Animal Cancer Center. When we found a lost and frightened stray 9 month old puppy, we didn’t know how precious he would be to us. Over the years, he filled our family’s lives with joy and so many wonderful memories. In July, 2009 he was diagnosed with nasal adenocarcinoma and given a very grim prognosis of only 2 months to live without treatment.

Luke
There are truly no words to explain how much it meant to us that you were there for Luke through his battle with cancer. I’ve never left Luke with anyone other than family, but when I saw Luke’s eyes light up, his smile broaden and his tail wag with delight when he first meet you, I knew he trusted you like you were family.

Charlie-Ray
My boy Charlie Ray has been through 2 different types of cancer, and each time we have prevailed over the Big C! Kenu
Kenu was a bright ray of sunshine that lit our world every single day. When we adopted her in 2007 she wasn’t in very good shape mentally. We worked each day after we picked her up to earn her trust. The awesome thing about Kenu, it didn’t take long, just a lot of patience and love. Slowly, she started smiling again, and before we knew it, she was socializing with others, running well on leash, and was flat out happy and completely at peace.

Kodi came into our lives at the age of five when my wife and I rescued him while volunteering for a dog rescue. So far, all he had known was a backyard without any trees or anyone to play with except for an occasional outing. When we brought him home, he turned into a puppy – everything was new and a little scary.

Jasmine
Jasmine was our Australian Cattle Dog/Lab mix. In August 2004, Jasmine had been feeling a bit under the weather. I took her to our local vet thinking maybe her teeth were bothering her again. He examined her mouth, and stated that he thought she had a tumor on her upper jaw, near the front.
